The toaster comes with a range of functions that make toasting bread quick, easy, and just the way you like it. It’s long slot accommodates larger slices, while the defrost feature means you can toast bread straight from the freezer.

Whether you like your bread lightly toasted or a deep, golden shade, with the Glass Line toaster’s clear glass panel, you see how your bread is getting on without having to cancel the toasting process to check it.

It also has an electronic browning control so you can set it to toast just how you like it, and its illuminated blue light counts down from ‘start’ to ‘ready.

Your Glass Line Toaster can also stay looking as good as new because its clear glass panel can be easily removed for a quick wipe or for dishwashing.

All toasters should be like this. It just makes sense. No more wondering if it's done, and having to pop it up. Then putting it down again, and forgetting it's been down twice now, so you have to pop up or it'll burn.

Deals seem to now appear in all sorts of sections and annoyingly you can select as many or few when you post a deal.

Ahh. Someone will sort it out. The toaster does look interesting though.

Small enough to carry around?
I wonder if the glass stays clean or just shows loads of crumbs after a while?

Looked good, until I looked at the reviews on Amazon.

The main issue with the Amazon reviews appear to be that it came with the wrong plug (2pin). I'm sure that won't be an issue if buying from John Lewis
i have had two of these both burnt out within 8 months the first one they replaced and then i had to claim again but i bought a different one also the glass doesnt stay clean after a few months i wouldnt recommend buying one of these to anyone
Problem is because it's a Russell Hobbs the bread will be a different colour on the side you can't see!

Main issue is the lever breaking after a few weeks use.

On first page of reviews alone there are 6 complaints of that failure.
