Whether it's a mouth-watering fruit smoothie, an ice crushed fruit drink for the children, or an evening cocktail, a Smoothie Maker is versatile enough to make all these, plus a wide variety of other delicious drinks. [/LEFT]

The Russell Hobbs Smoothie Sensation (Model No. 12621) will soon have you the envy of your family and friends, thanks to the amazing drinks it produces at the touch of a button. From a strawberry & banana smoothie, which will have your taste buds and immune system energised, to a baileys coffee cocktail, perfect as an after dinner drink, the range of drinks your smoothie maker will produce is only limited by your own imagination.
Styled in a stunning brushed metal finish, the Russell Hobbs Smoothie Sensation has 600W of power, with a 1.7litre capacity. An additional benefit is that it can also be used as a traditional blender when required. With two speeds settings and pulse, it will quickly blend a variety of different ingredients. Use the lower speed for lighter jobs using mainly liquid ingredients and the higher speed for heavier jobs using mainly solid ingredients. The pulse is perfect for providing a quick burst of extra power or to reduce ice to slush for icy drinks. With a glass jug for increased durability, the Smoothie Sensation is supplied with both a stirring stick, which fits into the hole in the lid for moving ingredients around and also a cap which can be fitted when drizzling oil into the mix for mayonnaise, or to prevent ingredients from escaping. A dispensing tap is located on the side of the machine, this can be rotated to whichever side or angle is convenient, for easy pouring into glasses
Been after a Smoothie maker, anyone got this model, is it any good?

Can't find any reviews on these anywhere to check.
We've got a Russell Hobbs one the predecessor to this and it is great. We have had no problems with it and its easy to clean and assemble
Thanks, hopefully it won't end up being a 5 minute wonder!
Thanks for the feedback m5a40
