Think we picked this up the other day. Either this one or another one had 'Was £50.99' on the price tag, bound to be exaggerated but seems like a nice kettle. It's quite compact, quiet and boils pretty quick. Kettles never seem to last that long and it's usually pretty straight forward to return something to Sainsburys for a refund if it does go wrong.

The on/off switch also lights up like one of these -

Edit: Just noticed it actually claims it was £59.99 online. Nah..
Edit 2: I stand corrected, it is still silly money at some places.

ahh miss those Kelloggs reflectors nothing comes out of cereal boxes these days. used to fight with my bros to open the next cereal box my kids don't care about opening them. aaah the surprises we had the anticipation of what we'd find inside.... miss the good old days

Good price. Have some heat!

Ordered one, thanks OP

Good price! Bit worried about the 3000 watts though. Probably would trip the circuit breaker for the kitchen if we were using any other appliance at the same time!

Not if its on a 32amp ring.

Any codes?

Had a few over the years not cheap ones either but they all seem to leak after a few months.

Indeed - 32A is more than 7kW so you could happily have two of these boiling away.
