When is the next time I will actually need one? Thanks to global warming which some believe doesn't exist, I haven't seen any snow except for a bit of sleet this year. I remember when you were guaranteed snow every year, not so much now.

Guaranteed snow every year? Only snowed where I live in Sussex twice in the last 20 years and that was gone in a few days. 15C yesterday
