Just landed in Ireland from Stansted an hour ago. Ten quid all in including a bag big enough for a short stay. Arrive 10 mins early and it WAS NOT RAINING when we arrived.
What the heck more could you want for a tenner.
Yeah, and Priority charge(to get one 10 kg bag onboard) is now £12 one way. And that doesn't allow seat allocation, that is extra . Wasn't too long ago when Michael O'Leary was swearing that priority increase to £6 was to speed boarding. Yeah, my return flight to Dublin is £9.98. But the privilege to bring one carry-on onboard and, quite likely, middle seat ended up costing £34. Still cheap, but doesn't help despising little lying s**t...

likewise commenting so I find out when you do.
Upon looking they’ve only got Stansted, Luton and Leeds Bradford left/available to the following destinations.

You do realise you’re angry because you got exactly what you paid for...
Good spot- just did a £10 return Stansted Dublin at end Nov

Oh, I know what I paid for - I have to fly, so I will. And this is first time I ever paid for so called priority - there was no need in a past as bag was included and it's easy to get window seat anyway.
My point was that increases were just lies. They have trippled it in two years without adding anything to the service. Quite the opposite. Few years ago £4 would get you seat allocation and priority boarding. Now we are at £12 with it no longer being priority - just call it what it is, carry on fee and be done with it.

Never been to Austria. For a £5 I think I will go for the hell of it just for a day or two.

Plenty of room in my bag.

I`ll have to check the sizes, I use ryan air and didn`t think a carry on bag would be big at all so I always pay for priority and 2 bags when sends faire up no end
38631129-gKHyE.jpgI'm utterly confused. Who pays these fees? Above screenshot is from Stansted website. And that's just one side. Not to mention the fuel costs. You will be surprised how much fuel these things burn. Boing 787 needs 67 tons of fuel for a flight from Heathrow to Tokyo.
Something doesn't add up here.
Have your visa sorted first .
Does anyone know or have tried it whether these seats are also get picked up by the search engine like "skyscanner" ??

Which bit are you confused about? The first section is per aircraft seems cheap to me, the 2nd part is per passenger. There are only a handful of seats on the planes selling for £5. They hope you buy the extras for reserved seats, extra bags. The sale is to drive traffic to the site.

Also I'm typing in Prague as my destination but they don't fly there?

I do not know when did it change ? It has always been variable depending on the flight and this is confirmed from RA website.

ryanair.com/gb/…ags
"Priority & 2 Cabin Bags costs between €/£6 to €/£12, and is non-refundable."

But I have no doubt it will only be a matter of time before they increase the cost of this priority boarding.

Passenger fees. I know a lot of passengers might buy priority boarding and chosen seat etc. But there also so many who just stick to bare basic. Either it's an attempt to destroy the rest of market or someone else pays for these fees i.e other passengers or maybe even taxpayer?

Just to add backyard explananation
- You will need a return flight, in many cases this will cost you much more than the one you have paid to fly out.
- It is better to get £5 (+ more likely money for extra services, luggage, seats, meals, etc) than £0.

Try buying a peak return from Glasgow to Edinburgh to compare and contrast the experience!
Check out hotukdeals.com/dea…600 instead for a short break in Europe, the cost to the planet is much lower.
The most rubbish airline in the world
I would like to fly somewhere, but winds are flying in my wallet.

Only limited seat numbers, £5 flights may have been taken already
You say those destinations, but you could end up anywhere
Looks like the £5 deal has now expired and been replaced with : up to 25% off 38632912-D3d8I.jpg
