Original Poster

Liverpool - ryanair.com/sit…LPL

change the departure airpart by selecting from the light blue bar center of the page half way down

Thanks for reminder, I had forgotten !!!

Got return flights from / to france....23 euros - 17.60 GBP............HOT

Ryanairs prices are good, as long as you never have a connecting flight.

But the reductions/sales are by and large constant - so its not really a sale with the exception of the few a year they do as freebies.

Also - it p*ss*s me off that one flight listed at 1p can cost nothing or can cost almost 30 quid.

JUST TELL ME THE REAL PRICE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

Since they got there 'bottoms' kicked and warned for mis representing the prices at 1p etc, the prices have shot up. Last week I checked prices for all of aug and sept ... best I could get was 65 quid including taxes eachway.

Just saved myself £110 quid.....ta very much Mr o' leary

Yep, with the outgoing and inbound taxes, the flights now cost at least twice as much, if not more.
Really takes the 'cheap weekend break' out of things.
There loss, as most poeple aint going to fork out that much. Especially as the airports are not usually convenient ones i.e. add on coach/taxi charges each each way. Then in most cases it aint really a bargain at all!

everytime i use ryanair i always tell myself... never again.. but then these deals come up and i cant help it.. im a sucker for a good deal!

If you fly to 'Vienna' with Ryainair, its Bratislava in Slovakia the airport you arrive at - so even a different country (and that other country's capital).

So most flights are shown at the wrong price, and you only get an indication of where you are arriving - TELL ME THE TRUTH - I CAN TAKE IT!!!

Its rip off Britain - but the price is good - just a new perspective on it.

Here's the map of the two.

Imagine taxi drivers took you somewhere else instead as it was cheaper for them.

Fair do's you take it or leave it, I'm sure most people are aware it's a bus ride after these type of flights. Stanstead doubled the air tax which has caused ryanair to cut 7 routes over the winter as they can't afford to fly in and out - Stansted charge airlines £50 and hour to have a plane 'parked' by delays or problems. So they parked them abroad over winter.

RIP OFF BRITAIN yes certainly is, that's why I live in france and commute for £17 when I want to

Closest they get to Barca is Reus, its about an hour away but I think they are planning to do regular shuttle buses from the airport to the city (i know there are many renovations going on at Reus).
I have used Ryan Air many times before, never had any trouble - real no thrills airline - but then i got 2 tickets to Reus for 4p return all in on the January sale deal - cant beat that!

Got filights to Tours from Stansted for 10 quid each way - that's 40 quid for the pair of us to have a three day break all inclusive. Have booked a cheap hotel in the old town for about 40 quid per night as well - SORTED!!

Hot, hot!!

The closest is actually Girona to the north, which is only 3km less, but the motorway to the north of Barcelona is far less congested than to the south.

Additionally, you can take the old pre-motorway road to the north which is better again than the one to the south and has no tolls.

The quote you replied to as mine was actually from faiza1.
