Very simple thing. Rental FREE if you find it cheaper elsewhere!
1. You pick one time on the ryanair website
2. You go to the same rental company (easirent for me) and compare.
3. Make sure you read and understand car-hire.ryanair.com/en/…ise
4. Finish the rental at the ryanair website
5. Fill this form and do a screenshot similar to the one i did. They should reply on the next day or so. (or you can usually cancel the booking after)

I got one aprooved with this picture you see and they will give you the money back after the rental.
Limits are 2 per year (per person) and 200€ per rental!

They'll probably charge extra for the ignition keys, windscreen wipers, extra legroom, reverse gear and a steering wheel.

I checked and the Ryanair quote is actually €22 cheaper for a 12 day hire from Alicante in May, unlimited miles and full - full fuel. That said, I've not heard of the Ryanair supplier (Rhodium) and will stick with the local company I know and trust and that know me.

I tend to get the best deals using this comparison site carrentals.co.uk

After all those pilots going on stike, do the ryanairs rentals come with wings so you can fly yourself abroad

You have to used the branded site to compare ( Avis Europcar, etc,..)

Rhodium are basically Goldcar so best avoided

Issue here is that the conditions state you cannot use and aggregator so all comparison sites like Skyscanner , carrentals, holidays autos are excluded so very unlikely going direct to a car rental web page will getclose to an aggregators agreed pricing. I’m sure someone will get lucky for every hundred that fail. Added to this it’s giving money to a company who flagrantly disregard their customers well being, I won’t be using their marketing ploy to get a holIday car.

I may be that lucky someone... found my week in Majorca next year, 1p cheaper direct with Budget than via 'Ryanair' and submitted a claim. I'll let you know if it mysteriously suffers email delivery failure, which they warn you about on the claim form.
Its not really Ryanair of course but Car Trawler, who seem to get wonderful reviews on the web.
