I brought this 3years ago to replace a burnt out Bosch which I had brought as I burnt out an expensive B&D jigsaw with works

Roughly £30, it has easily been the most efficient, powerful and reliable jigsaw I brought

The dust blowing gimmick thing is rubbish
The blue light is helphul for safety
Its great you can adjust angles and fast-change the jigsaw blades

Tempted to brought one of these, pleased with the ryobi drill I brought, so I may as well do some broughterising and brought this. Have some heat.

Good to know , I've got a ryobi drill which has been spot on so thought I'd give it a chance for the money

is it compatible with "universal" blades or bosh like fittings?

Sorry to be the grammar Nazi around here but "Operateonme" and "Niksan" it's BOUGHT not BROUGHT!

You don't have an issue with broughterising though?

Sorry my sarcasm radar was off

Bought a ryobi jigsaw in the past, not great just about DIY quality.
Saw blade "wanders" doesn't keep strait. Forever chasing a straight line!

I'm fairly sure you don't get a battery or charger with this deal. At a guess the two would cost around £50-00 or more on top of the jigsaw.

I couldn't agree more. This type of thing also loses the writer's credibility.

Have a Bosch for over a decade and that wanders, think its almost impossible with these and nearly always use a circular saw
for straight cuts.

jigsaws tend to wander if it is not powerful enough for the job you are doing thus this tends to happen with cheaper models

Thanks

I should concentrate more, I thought it was one of the 18v battery jigsaws.

Are these any good?

Going to get one anyway.
