As posted previously,i checked it today at Wednesbury B & Q and found it for this price.
Great deal. Online they come as Out of Stock, so please check in store
Thanks to the original OP who gave detailed info on how to find it as they are not stacked on usual shelves, you need to ask the staff at Fire section
The B&Q code is 4892210127525 , the staff has handheld device where they enter this code and find if its in stock or not.
Wednesbury has last 2 remaining.
Remember, this is the one without bag and comes in a box.
Good luck.
Add heat if you thing its a good deal for a decent Lithium Ion cordless drill.
Once again thanks to "rumble" for the previous post

Lucky near miss then. I bought a similar Ryobi 14.4V model a couple of years ago.
The main shaft is as bent as a wire coat hanger after some very light use. I'm pretty sure I could fit a 10mm bit and drill a 20mm hole with it now, it's so out of centre. The build quality certainly reflects the price.

Battery worth the price alone!

I replaced my tired Dewalt's with two of these last year. I use them both aggressively every day and they are very good quality. Buy the lithium batteries though.

Bought one of these 2 years ago. I've since used it to board out the loft, build 2 large sheds, replace a lot of flooring and mix loads of drywall adhiesive, tile adhiesive, grout and plaster. So much better than what I had before.

Great drill got a couple if years back with batteries for around £80 and got the mini vac from the range too.

that's cheap for a decent drill (if you can find one).

I've not been entirely impressed by the low AH lithium batteries - you get a lot more use (relative to size) out of a 1.7ah NiCD because you don't have the protection cutting in, so for a lot of things (ie drilling wood etc), you can keep going for longer if you don't have another charged.

I might pop over and see if they have one of these because I've misplaced my lithium charger and have two batteries - last time I sold the drill on for about £35 on ebay and kept the batteries/charger to use with existing one, which has seen plenty of use and must be at least 8 years old by now and still going.

I got one last year for the same price and it is a very good drill. Used it on masonry and as a screwdriver.

Still full price in Norwich

I've been using the one plus 18v for years, you can't really beat the price/quality ratio.

None left in Wrexham or Chester this afternoon but their computer system was showing a few somewhere Crewe way and a few dotted around the Liverpool area.

Different product - pointless comment.

Exactly how is my experience of a cheap cordless drill made by Ryobi irrelevant? Had I made so comment on things like battery life and compared technologies, yes I'd agree. However that doesn't have any effect on the build quality.

I'd advise your comment to look in the mirror for a definition of pointless.

Most positive posts added after my experience was posted.
Less powerful product doesn't have any impact on the durability of the main drive shaft.
Different product but same brand. Quality does tend to be tightly tied to price point and brands, though not always.

If you'd read in order, then you'd realise you posted the pointless comment way after I'd made my point. While it is a small sample, I've had other experiences of Ryobi and never been impressed.

Best to stop digging when you're wrong - if losing face bothers you just keep your head down.

Went to Stretford, not in stock. Store staff helped me. They checked online and rang few other stores. Got lucky with Cheathamhill.. They have 3 left after mine. Rochdale have around 16 in stock. Try your luck..
