MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX AMD Motherboard £95
HyperX FURY 16GB (2x 8GB) 3200MHz DDR4 RAM 71

Total parts: £851

Theirprice built with 3 years warranty: £873

##Choice of Nvme in the drop down menu's.. ive preselected well near 1TB as an idea value/performance, Change to 512GB XPG which is one of the best Nvme but its half the size... and then add a 1TB++ HDD for more storage..

Alt Best idea:: remove the ssd and add a HDD! ..
and add in this Crucial P1 1TB M.2-2280 NVMe PCIe SSD which is one of the cheapest NVME 1TB. "place in same basket and complete as one purchase".

Alt Ranges

Same CPU/SSD idea/GPU
^ Slight dip on MB, however i love the kali case. and 650W PSU version..

cclonline.com/pc/…01/

Same Mb/CPU/SSD idea/
lower value case, does make it £25 cheaper package but time u need them fans into the mix its only a £10 cheaper, This package is best at lower ranges as u cant drop the ronin down on the GPU to RX580-1660 super level folks

Cooler Master MS110 USB RGB LED Gaming Keyboard & Mouse Set with Mem-Chanical Sw in the drop down menu is usual £50 on the web. but £40

PS: The break down, and preselected are ideas on a compatible build, please go in, seek the value base on the chosen items of your own preference, they are my ideas, which ive selected, ai look at systems in value parts and look at ideas of certain budgets i.e in this case £900 but left enough room to play around with the SSD options for a Prem MB Buyer and Prem PSU Buyer on the populer 3600 / 5700 combo with decent storage. .

im heading out but il run though some ideas on coolers afters.
pretty great deal for a 5700 or xt if you bios flash lol
I wish they did these deals with supply your own card. My rx480 just isn't worth replacing just yet but my i5 3570k is (along with everything else except maybe case/ssd). Guess I'll end up with a CPU/mb/ram/psu bundle.

The i7 would out perform this in the region of "workstation stuff". but does not mean this will be laggy,
however in gaming terms the combo of a 3600 / 5700 will massively out beat a 700F /1660ti combo.

in that ur getting a basic 256GB £30 + 1tb 33 vs 1b ssd £89

and ur getting one of the top end B450..... where the other is unknown and prob midrange, oh which u can drop this one down to a higher midrange b450 giga n save £15 too

Thank you so much for the advice. My son is hell bent on one and I have no idea. He needs it for gaming and school (ok gaming). I also notice the Ryzen doesn't come with windows. It's an optional extra for £95. With the additional cost in mind would u still go for the Ryzen?

Stick windows on a USB drive and install yourself . Much cheaper and get a key from elsewhere.
Any ideas what I should change for a gaming build (budget around 1300 quid)

Yup.

Amd wraith spire was a jet engine reaching 80-90 deg C on R6S

30 quid cooler brought it down to 40-50 deg C.

This is at 1080p 144 fps
Would it be bonkers to upgrade this to the 3700X and upgrade the graphics card to the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER?
I just asked them if I could change the brand of the hard drive, it's an additional £25. I guess they aren't happy to take custom requests. NB I only just ordered the pc so they haven't started building it yet
