Considering this is heat function is a good price I got ordinary one on prime day for same price

is ok - just don’t know how you are supposed to use it on neck ( invites a swathe of banale comments)
on shoulders/ trapezius is ok - but fail to see how you can use it to any effect anywhere else
Don’t buy it. I’ve one collecting dust somewhre. Used once in last 7 months.

I've got a similar one, and while it doesn't get used much, it is good.

I've only really used it for shoulders and lower back, but it helps.

Fakespot is a flawed concept. Especially with amazon.
There are multiple suppliers supplying basically the same item, but this is the first time I've seen the rechargeable feature (I was looking at the end of last year when I bought one). It's been used quite a lot by multiple family members, mainly on back and neck, but also on thighs and calves. They're normally between 25-30, but at £25 with battery, it's Hot from me!

The above comments about not using the thing have nothing to do with how good the product is. Fair enough, you dont want a massage and your back/neck doesn't hurt...so you won't use it. But if you do find your back or neck hurting you'll dust it off asap. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

It's not a computer game where if you're not using it it means it's no good. I wouldn't come here after not using a tumble drier bought and say it's no good, that's not a review is it!

It helps with my neck and back pains. My family members bought one after trying mine. So ignore the peeps thinking they're being helpful, they're not

Please ignore them. It's very helpful for back and shoulder pain. It's also nice as a massage too. Try it if you think you'd benefit from pain relief, you won't regret it

No, thats not what I meant. I mean I don't use it becuase its not good enough. My neck and back are pretty much constantly in some sort of pain, yet this carries on gathering dust.

Is that a bit clearer?

Telling people to 'ignore' others with a different opinion to you, is a bit blinkered. It is good to have a balance, especially before you buy something like this.

Here's an idea...if you have back and neck trouble....maybe use the thing you bought? It's not going to help if you don't use it!

It's not a different opinion. It's an irrelevant comment. People saying "I bought the thing and don't use it" doesn't mean the product is bad. Can't you understand that?? Just don't comment if you don't use the product

You put the thing around your neck and turn it on. That's how you use it on your neck.

It’s not worth using 2nd time. Useless piece of gadget
This is an amazing massager! Can be used wireless for some time as well! Bf bought one and then I bought another for y parents it is that good! Really feels like someone working out all the knots!

I don’t think the above people either know how to use or have never gotten a proper massage and don’t know what it’s supposed to feel like.
