Great Price, Great speed graeat warranty
Great Deal!! MAny thsnks. Got one. Even though I bought one from UK Amazon on BF!!!
this is it, ordering.
I'm undecided between the 2TB version of this and the Adata SX8200 Pro 2TB for £190...any opinions?
Didn't i read there's a question mark over a change they made to their manufacturing which has made this drive slower than the reviews suggest? Made me take it off my wish list and swap to the Adata SX8200 Pro 1TB which was £99 at the time.

£113

But thats £26 more expensive than this deal and im not sure if its that % better than this drive at £87. As im not in a rush, im going to wait for a sub £100 deal on the Adata personally.

yes, intel use inferior quad method, tri method lasts way longer
Great price, these Sabrent's are new to making SSDs (or more liley sourcing from an OEM) but they seem decent.

There's that one review on Amazon, then a Reddit thread mentioned in the hukd thread the last time this deal was posted for Amazon UK.

The grand summary seems to be that it's a storm in a tea cup and it's still good value for money, some of the changes might actually be an improvement.

Though worth noting the last poster from the other hukd thread mentioned he got one of the earlier models, despite ordering after all the uncertainty.
dont recommend
speed slower then advertised and gave a blue screen of death 2 times when i tried to test it an just watch youtube
Mine installed from the amazon deal, speed is where it should be, very pleased with it.
Had a few of these now, no probs so far, very fast. I couldn't tell the difference to a 970 Evo nvme
Awesome drive. No issues whatsoever and works superfast in everything.
Bought when it was on a deal in uk previously. Does what it says on the tin so far.

I got a 256gb one when they were on discount last time. I don't get anywhere near the speeds that people have posted on amazon reviews I get around half. I get around 1600 read & write.

Make sure your drive operates at PCIE 3.0 x4 speed. Also 256gb version running slow due to hardware limitations.

who is warranty with is this goes wrong?
Q: Does or should this drive have to be manually over-provisioned by 10%? Or is the factory over-provisioning adequate ["advanced feature"]?
A: Hello,

Thank you for your question on the Solid State-drive SB-ROCKET-512.

Yes, factory over-provisioning is adequate and sufficient.

Hope it helps.
Regards.

I wouldn't know how to check it's operating at pcie 3 x4 and I know the 256 limit is lower than the rest but I still only get 1600 read not 3000

Nope, this has already been debunked several times on here now with links to Reddit etc.

Bought one myself about 2 months ago, getting the speeds advertised.
Awesome deal! Got one for my new gaming rig thanks mate
Not sure how to get this deal. I only see 120 Euros price. Is there anything additional I should do? Thanks!
it's over.
