Is this effectively an air fryer?
I've got one of these excellent product. Does anyone know if this would work in Spain ? please
No oven/grill
What's the warranty period here? The same priced unit from John Lewis is 2 years.
Got mine from JL with 2 year warranty but you can't post deals from them on here at the moment, so chose the Amazon one to post.

If you click under Specifications on Sage site they say

Warranty 2 Year Repair, Replace or Refund Guarantee (at the sole discretion of Sage Appliances) So assume same as JL

Mitigates the point of the site if a reputable retailer deals can’t be posted

Why no JL deals allowed?

Thanks I had no idea, seems a bit ridiculous tbh.
The manufacturer guarantees is for two years. I bought one in May 2018 and the fan stopped a few weeks ago . Sage sent a new replacement. Superb company and an oven that is used every day. I use seperate airfryers.

I bought mine from Amazon and paid £230.

Could this replace a microwave?

Could this replace a microwave?

Not really, it doesn't have that function. Its more of a toaster, a grill and a very good little oven in one. We love ours, gets used every day. It heats up much quicker than our full size oven, we love it.

An air fryer is just a small convection oven with a new name. It’s nothing to do with frying, It’s just marketing. They may be good but if you just put chips in a wire basket on your oven shelf you’ll get near the same results, if you have a good oven of course.
