Thank you. Good reviews. Just bought one.
Must say it seems like a fancy £40 Lidl oven. Ok LCD screen and quartz elements, but what a premium!

Sage is a high quality appliance brand my friend, some of their coffee machines are used in a lot of coffee shops (some are even over £2000!) - Little bit different to Lidl

Really? It grills it bakes it slow cooks etc. Strangely so does the Lidl, plus lidls has a rotisserie. I realise it may be 'better quality' but hey, you're paying for it. Also lidls comes with 3 year warranty!
Ps. My friend this is not a coffee machine.
Pps. It's also more than 4 X the price.
Just in addition. In the situation I use it I have got rid of my original oven.

I'm just trying to give you a perspective on the brand. It's like comparing a Bentley to a Vauxhall (Nothing wrong with Vauxhall!) & saying well they both drive & play music . I personally haven't bought one but have a friend who owns a small bakery who highly recommends.

Fair enough, but I've learned to become very cautious with brands.

To me it is its highest temperature is quite low, 230°C. Do you know the Lidl's top temp?
It's rebranding of Breville and it's a good brand which I've own a few of their other appliances. This looks like a good oven especially for a student or if you live in a house share. Ah.. wonderful memories of student days where you have to hide stuffs in your room.

I hope Amazon will stock the next model up BOV900BSS Smart Oven with Air Fry as seen on Amazon USA. It can even cook a 14lb turkey. It'll definitely be my own personal oven.

I think it mar be 230 or poss 250. Not able to check atm.
Got mine in a holiday home, it's great for 2 people, not sure if I would want to cook in it at home all the time.
Ideal for things that need a short cooking time.

Just look at the product doesn’t look like a Lidl one to me.

Didn't say it did, said it seems like a fancy Lidl oven.

So either you based that on looks in which case, like I said read the product page, or you have read it and it can’t just ‘seem’ to be as you now know what it is.
You could say the same for almost anything on here with that rationale.

As I said, basically does the same as the Lidl oven but with bells and whistles attached. I just pointed this out if anyone wanted to save some cash on a kitchen accessory. As someone else pointed out (not that I've checked) it's possibly a Breville rebrand. If so, hardly top of the tree.
Yup! It's a Breville, or maybe someone else's that Breville rebranded.

You didn't say that at first, now you have. If it's a rebrand I can get the same oven with a different badge or do you mean same manufacturer or what?
BSH group which owns the Bosch , Neff , Siemens and Gaggenau brands.
The Electrolux group own well over 50 brand names (though not all of them washing machines) Among the more well known ones are AEG, Tricity Bendix, Zanussi.
VW Group comprises twelve brands from seven European countries: Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ducati, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Scania and MAN.
Are you telling me they are all the same? Yes I know some are plain rebrands with different badge or name or shell.
Please provide a link for the Brevile one.

Ok now we're getting somewhere now but silly me I didn't ask where you can buy it in the UK and how much. Also, what's wrong with Breville anyway?

Can't quite understand what's bothering you. I'm not saying you can buy the Breville here, just saying that the sage is a rehashed Breville. Where sage is perceived in the market one would not expect it to be rebadging products. Do you own a sage, have you got an interest in the company. Anyhow, perhaps re-read the thread. All I was pointing out was that there were alternative choice which essentially does similar things at, what is now one fifth of the price when available.
Ps. Must point out that I didn't first mention that it was a Breville, that was some other poster.

If you could just post the best price for the product whatever the badges that would be the most helpful. I’m just surprised that anyone wouldn’t know this goes on.

What are you on about. As much as a deals site this is also a discussion forum. I often post what I think to be information that may be helpful, informative. As for your above sentence, it makes no sense.
Ps. The Lidl oven when available is usually £40… Inc 3 years warranty. If that's the sort of information you want!
