Price matched by John Lewis but includes free temp display jug (normally around £30 so slightly better deal)

My 5 year old Bean to cup machine from this deal is dying a slow death now and need to upgrade.

Mine has arrived from JL but haven't set it up yet - but looks well made and like a mini professional one in my opinion so fingers crossed for some great tasting Coffee. The free jug is quite small but thats not a complaint (for free) but would be miffed if i'd spent nearly £30 on it!

Given the price this is going to get cold. I've had this machine 8 months now, and it is fantastic. Smashes the Tassimo style coffee out of the park. Makes a great latte etc, easy to clean and care for.

I've not checked, but I got mine from House of Fraser after a kind soul on here gave me a unidays 10% off code.

This coffee machine has always given me that special feeling "down there".
how is this compared to a good nespresso machine?

This compared to a nespresso is like comparing a nespresso to a cup of instant coffee.
Always had nespresso machines for the last 15 years until I got one of these.
It is also dependant on getting fresh quality beans.
Haven't looked back.

I have just made my first two lattes with this.

Sainsburys espresso beans and whole steamed milk and I have to say I am very impressed with the results, especially the taste of the coffee from the rather ordinary shop bought beans. Much better than the Phillips/ Saeco bean to cup it replaced had ever produced - and that was without fiddling with any of the settings too.

Very happy with it.

Just wait till you try some fresh beans in it.
I've got the base model and it's pretty good. Probably the best one I've had in twenty years

Not sure what is in more expensive nespresso machines cups but in cheaper ones is a mix of instant coffee and cream and so on
