Slightly cheaper than last time and a solid game. 7.6 on BGG. NBP is Shop4World.

Draft dice and use the tools-of-the-trade in Sagrada to carefully construct your stained glass window masterpiece.

In more detail, each player builds a stained glass window by building up a grid of dice on their player board. Each board has some restrictions on which color or shade (value) of die can be placed there. Dice of the same shade or color may never be placed next to each other. Dice are drafted in player order, with the start player rotating each round, snaking back around after the last player drafts two dice. Scoring is variable per game based on achieving various patterns and varieties of placement...as well as bonus points for dark shades of a particular hidden goal color.

Special tools can be used to help you break the rules by spending skill tokens; once a tool is used, it then requires more skill tokens for the next player to use them.

The highest scoring window artisan wins!

Nope but played Azul and its a similar mechanic.

Edit: maybe not that similar to Azul in reality, i'm getting confused with the Azul variant that has stained glass windows

Yes it's a good game but I ended up selling my copy when doing a strict board game cull
Sounds good

Culling your board games?. Do they spread TB?
Have they increased in numbers to such an extent, they pose a risk to the enviroment......i'm so confused.
Played this with a group of 3 and a group of 4. Such a well thought out and fantastic game. Involves a lot of light strategy with picking different dice combinations. And it’s a visually stunning game as well as being fun to play.

Maybe pruning would have been a better adjective? Selective removal to allow the remainder to flourish
this is a much better game that first expected. I was unsure about playing a game making stained glass windows, but in reality it's more of a dice collection game. I would buy it, but it would be minutes before my 2 toddlers had lost/ eaten the dice. HEAT HEAT HEAT

That's my problem with it. Dice would be gone when I'm at work and they get it out to 'play' with
Still missing a couple of the Patchwork 'buttons' because of that.

Wow, that just looks complicated. I can't see that going down well on Chrible day, trying to explain how to play it to everyone. Just crack out the Monopoly FS.

I dunno, depends on the group as basically the rule is that you can't put dice of the same colour or number next to each other. Looks more complicated than it is
This is a very simple game. I've played it with the family and the basic idea is super simple, but to get really good it can be a bit harder. We had a 9 year old with us and they still had fun.
