Hot - thank you!

Really good deal! Works out to be £2.50 a month. And they also now sell dvd players and speaker docks and stuff on their grocery site so great for non foodie stuff too! Got mine! Thanks Spooky! Have some heat!

Hot, thanks heaps!

Is there a minimum spend to get delivery?

Never mind, its £40. Just checked it.

Excellent deal. I renewed mine for £60 a month or so ago. We tend to get a delivery a week (and usually at peak times), so it pays for itself in a couple of months.

Good deal but did you know that if you spend over £100 you can get free delivery Monday - Thursday after 2pm? I have considered getting the pass but as I always spend over £100 I get it free. Don't forget your free bottle 1.75l of coke zero with your delivery, put it on your trolley and enter code FREECKEDEC at the checkout (_;)

Are sainsburys delivery any good?

You have to pay for the subs, not like Tesco or Asda where they do them for the same price so just beware. They give you the subs in a blue bag and all subs are top of the receipt so you can see any price difference. Anything with a short shelf life is listed on the paperwork too and you can reject it if it's not suitable. I like the 1 hour time slot and they are always helpful and take your old carrier bags for recycling if you want them too. Hope that helps

In my exp with each delivery theres always something that goes off on the day. Usually at least two replacements. In general short bb dates too

I've had too many bad experiences with Sainsbury's deliveries coming with short best before dates, like sausages due to go off the day after delivery, that I no longer bother getting perishables from them. Have settled into a routine of a monthly delivery of booze and cupboard stuff like tins etc, and do meat and veg in person...

Other than that, very reliable. Website recently introduced filtering (like Tesco) which is a long overdue improvement.

I've had a delivery pass for the past year - bought half-price on a special offer like this one - which is due for renewal, but the best Sainsbury's had offered me was £10 off the full renewal price. Just used the link to renew for £30 so thanks a lot op. Heat added!

i have just had a letter from tesco offering the same deal but with direct and f&f orders included

I'm happy with any those days after 2pm for delivery so I don't see the point of paying for a pass.

For those who are time restricted, or say can only have a delivery at weekend or something, then it's good.

My current delivery pass doesn't expire until May 2015. If I buy the pass will I lose out on whats left or will I have a pass valid until May 2016?

Do you think that's a specific deal to you because you get groceries from them? I'm hoping Tesco will drop their price - I prefer their £25 min spend as opposed to the £40 min.

Very expensive

Thanks for posting, I bought a 3 month pass last week and gave them a call today, they kindly exchanged it for this deal!

Sainsburys substitutions are bizarre, I asked for an iceberg lettuce and was sent a white cabbage instead.

ordered mine now - thanks OP

Saw it on their website before here and ordered, was going to post HOT!

Stopped all substitutions as some were bizarre but good sell by dates and when i have had problems i.e fillet steak full of fat rang customer services and got full refund with a little extra compensation. Cannot complain only one delivery late in past 9 months and any prsoblems customer services refund no argument.

Thank you that's worth knowing as I thought you could only get refunds on items you're unhappy with by instantly telling the driver or by taking the items back to store. Checking every item on delivery is difficult with a two year old running round and I have a few times had to throw out things that we simply can't use because of short life span on dates provided.
Thank you!!!

ordered today thanks OP

Good deal but can get a further £10 off. Sign in to your account click on buy the pass and leave the page for a while until it times out when you click back on you'll find they've added £10 e voucher. Got 12 months delivery pass for £20. It worked for my sister and then I tried and it worked for me worth a try if your thinking about buying one.
