2-3 eh, verry specific, where from? 2 is £6/kg and what you going to do if you go out and get yourself 2-3 kilos of chicken breast?
FREEZE it maybe or eat it after it's been in the fridge for a week, really fresh. I don't understand the issue with freezing as a means of preservation.
I got 2.5kg the other day for £12 - I've got it cheaper before so that's why the variation.
I eat 1 or 2 a day, can finish that off in 4-5 days. Still will be fresh.
