I am really fussy with coffee. I like a proper strong coffee and this stuff does it for me. I've tried all similar priced coffees eg Lavazza and find this much stronger and always makes a perfect coffee im my b2c machine. This is not an offer but really good value for a quality coffee bean at £9/Kg

Robust & Powerful

Wholebean Coffee

Our blends showcase beans from across the coffee belt, from Colombia in Latin America through to Vietnam in Asia. Wherever possible, we buy our coffee direct from cooperatives and growers at origin, ensuring our sourcing is ethical and sustainable. On arrival, our coffee beans are blended and roasted for best body and flavour, to the same exacting standards every time.

Fairtrade contributes to sustainable development for certified producers by enabling fairer trading conditions, social change and environmental protection. Coffee is Fairtrade certified, traded, audited and sourced from Fairtrade producers, total 100%. For more information visit info.fairtrade.net/sou…ing FFLF0038.

Bean types

Arabica beans are grown at higher altitudes producing a soft, balanced flavour. Robusta beans are grown at lower altitudes producing a stronger flavour and higher caffeine content, which adds more body to the blend.

Roasting

Our Espresso blend is roasted to a precise time, temperature and colour. This coffee is dark roasted to produce a robust and powerful flavour.

For all grinders and espresso makers

Follow manufacturers instructions. We recommend using a finer grind for best results.

Thanks for your review, will check it out. Aldi coffee beans make a nice brew too, if you haven't tried them yet.

Yes it is. I don't like milky coffees but my Mrs does and no complaints
Do these have roasting date or just Best Before?

My favourite supermarket beans.

But currently on Coffee Masters Super Crema from Amazon - worth the extra £4 over these.

BBE Dec

I would tend to go for just things with a roast date, drinking coffee from actually fresh beans is a world of difference but it depends how much you wanna pay I guess
Makes a good espresso ☕🔥
A higher "strength" number doesn't mean it has more caffeine. Usually just means it's been over roasted and will be more bitter (IMHO )

Correct, and I didn't say they did. You would be amazed how many people think that is the case though.
Just out of curiosity if any coffee experts are reading this.

I have tried many beans but these must be the most oily looking that I have seen so far. What does it say about the coffee if anything?
