It does need to pull tight against the back of the headrests so I'd be wary of fitting to a nice car as could leave marks or indents. You could possibly pack it with something suitable.
You also need access to the headrest posts to connect the fixings so may need to raise the headrests to do so. If you have fixed rear headrests this may not be suitable.
