I know that it’s 1/10 the price of Fitbit but, the software is basic, the heart monitor doesn’t work well, always says that the GPS got weak signal..... Why people get crazy about it?

I can explain why the GPS performance is poor... It's because it doesn't have GPS!
By the way - The new and improved No Band 3 will be for sale in 4 days
Now that's the price it's supposed to be!

Good find.
thats the price i was talking about in other deals..and voting them cold..Hotttt
Think I'd rather spend 4 or 5 quid more from Gearbest, AliExpress waiting times are horrendous. Also, noticed in Ali Express $4 Coupon for New Customers so cheaper again
where should you select shipment from china or spain?

also has it got a stopwatch feature?

No stopwatch feature. Somehow it is still called a smart watch.
I had one until it fell off as the strap is pretty poorly designed. I bought an Amazfit Bip which is more expensive and does a lot more (built in gps) is way less expensive than an Apple Watch and it has a proper watch strap.

Gearbest had the worst wait times for me 5-8 weeks, Ali I've always gotten things in under 3 weeks 4 max

It's probably hit and miss kind of thing. I ordered this same watch from gearbest and got it in two weeks

These are brilliant for the price. The charge lasts over 20 days. Well worth the money. Way more advanced than the fit bit I've got.
Get this or wait for the band 3?

So what does it actually do exactly ?

Aliexpress is like Amazon marketplace and it depends which shipping method the seller uses. I bought some earphones on Monday last week and they were delivered on Friday by Royal Mail. It's a bit of a lottery really.

I'm personally not interested in it's fitness tracking abilities... I use it as a watch, and notification of incoming calls - it vibrates and tells me on the screen who is calling.

Of course, it also has a heart rate monitor and a step counter that feed info to the app for fitness tracking... for GPS tracking on a map, you need to have your GPS capable phone on you. - Perhaps a dealbreaker if you're the sort of person that doesn't take their phone with them, but most people take their phone everywhere with them.

The way I use it, I get more than a month battery life... That reminds me, it's the start of the month when I usually charge it... checking the app... 27% remaining, last charged 29 days ago. I also have the 'lift wrist to view info' disabled, cause that makes the screen come on too often.

Sane thing happened late last year. Soon as the time finished (countdown), there was no deal. It's all a con.
If you are using this for jogging or cycling well worth paying the extra and getting an Amazfit Bip as the GPS gives you so much more data and automatic Strava uploads via the notify third party app.

If just for time and call alerts this is good value.

Its a weird thing to do, won't win you any customers that's for sure, we shall wait and see I guess.
Great product, great price.
Disappointed that the MiBand 3 doesn't have GPS to differentiated it from last gen so will prob opt for this or the other HUAMI/Amazfit ?? one. There was one going for £30 earlier in the week.

The HR is pretty rubbish as it rarely worked for me.

Basically it’s a glorified step counter with a sometimes working HR monitor. Oh and it tells the time as well as your sleep mode.

Trust me, they do not care. They know people will still buy cheap Chinese gear. Watch the countdown on the day, then try find the deal.
Well I've added to basket.

Thanku
So why is everyone going crazy about it then
How well do these work when used with an iPhone? Specifically the notifications of a call or message?

It's the "fitness" fad going around. It's mainly due to media pushing. Most people (especially on HUKD) will buy it and it will end up in a drawer.

I my self workout 4-6 days a week. I lift weights and as you can see from my name, I cycle. I got one of these for free after finding it on the pavement outside a gym two years ago. I wore it for 3 weeks, then threw it in the bin as it was a waste of space.

Honestly, don't fall for the hype. Save your money.

You threw it in the bin because you found it and didn't go out your way to buy it and give it a chance.

If I found something and used it for three weeks and didn't find it useful in them three weeks of my 70-90 year life, then I'd throw it in the bin too, with no loss to me and my wallet/purse.

If I had of used my own money, then I would have given it more of a chance.

My point is, if you had of spent your hard earned cash on it, you may have given it more of a chance, as you got it for free, you didn't, that's my point
