Noticed today theyve started doing salted caramel filled doughnuts now at Morrisons. Morrisons probably have the best doughnuts to begin with, so good to try a new flavour

I was 'gifted' some green tea KitKats from Japan. Flippin' disgusting.

A deal for a curry the other day was full of posts complaining about the amount of fat, sugar and salt in them??? I suppose it is OK if it's in a doughnut?

The ones in Grimsby Morrisons are top draw

Everything I've had from the bakery in my local Morrisons is under baked, so I'll give these a miss... Curses!

Salt to balance the sugar?

In the past few days I've saw loads of salted caramel items. As if its a newly found flavour.

Where can i find these on morrisons online shopping? have searched under bakery and cakes with no joy. typed in doughnuts on search bar as well!

They dont seem to sell their doughnuts online. Its weird as they sell their basic fresh breads they do. I can understand the more fancier breads not being online as not all stores may do those, but surely all stores do doughnuts.

Just my luck. Thanks Wiggy!

Yes, the salt cancels the sugar so they're a healthy treat! Have some heat!

Went in my local this morning and had every flavour except these hard pressed to actually find any custard in the custard filled ones either

our morrisons dont have a clue what im talking about when asking about these today..****

ive been in before for a cream cake they did with brownies and stuff on and my store dint have them or have a clue about them, but when i asked about it they went into the "recipe" book that they have in the store and found it and was able to make one up.

im sure if they had the sauce to fill it with they could of maybe done the same, aslong as they make doughnuts there ofcourse and not get em in.

This is very true, especially for the large £1 pies like Bramley Apple etc. Mind you I only buy them when they are reduced to 9p ...yep, 9p! Sometimes I come out with a basket full of shopping and it comes like this afternoon, £1.35 !!
including today another Bramely pie. My wife said it didn't look cooked properly, which to be fair it did look very pale and pasty. She said stick it in the oven, so I did after dinner. Trouble is we sat down to watch TV ...3 hours later, oh god I left the pie in the oven! Really weird, it wasn't burnt - took it out and the INSIDE half 'was burnt'. The apple filling had turned orange in colour, in fact looked like apricot more than apple. Had a slice, tasted ok but looked odd. I should have taken a picky but the rest is now in the food bin. WTF are they putting in these pies? The oven is working fine and was on 180 fan. I think I'll give these pies a miss from now on!

Thought I'd give them a go, quite surprised to find that they weren't that bad!!

Yeah and Lidls are probably 3 times as expensive. Lidl used to be ok but their adverts such as save 10% on a knock off twix is ridiculous, every supermarket own brand item is cheaper and having tried most bakery products morrisons are much better in quality and value

My local Morrisons normally reduce them around 6pm everyday due to them being made fresh everyday. Might have been reduced in your store and all gone. normally knocked down to 25p however i asked about the Salted Caramel flavour and like some others have found the baker responded by saying it's in select stores only. It might be a trial with a view to further rollout if successful.
