sorted byI've got a 12l tower with three shelves and rotisserie. I'd still struggle to cook for 4 people at once.
The one above looks quite wide, which I reckon is a good thing.
This is kinda like the Ninja 301, but with the probe, a combo that Ninja don’t offer in the UK.
However I think Curry’s are wrong to label this EK4549model as “PRO”. That’s a different beastie! See below…
Both Salter and Ninja offer wider versions of their airfryer/grills that DO offer more area, though perhaps not more volume (leading to spatchcocked chickens...) My 551 Ninja Max has the probe, but oddly the Salter EK5106 Pro (£140 at Argos) seems to lack that feature of its little brother.
If this thing had been around before I got the 551, I could have been successfully tempted, though I do occasionally use the area of the 551 for gratinee dishes that simply wouldn’t fit in the smaller one.
It’s a decent deal - unless you really want the convenience of a drawer, ideally with an inner basket! (edited)
