sorted byOn further investigation, the (English) manual referenced in the quick start guide is the EK2818H - unfortunately Robert Dyas appears to be selling the Dutch version which is the EK2818 (but there is no English version of the manual).
I thought air fryers were more efficient because of the basket allowing more heat circulation around the food.
