The one you link to is £250 more expensive. Its a better TV but much more expensive. Not comparable in my view.

I wouldn't even say the UE55HU6900 is a better TV... worse for sports, worse for movies, and barely passable at 4K content.

Granted it's 7" larger, but they seem like the jankiest of TVs right now.

Regarding the TV in question in the post, nothing on Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.transparent-uk.com) which is a shame, as this is a TV I really want (it's either this or the sony 50" W8)

Yea, Ive put a lot of time into reseaching the best TV for the £500 mark, this is the best I have found. Gets very good reviews. Here is the 40inch model reviewed at HDTVtest.
The fact that its 200Hz (CMR (Clear Motion Rate) High frequency rate 400 Hz) was what sold it for me, plus best Smart features about and quad core processor = very usable (very little lag) features. The 3D is a bonus.

I noticed that on Trust pilot. Real shame. They accept Paypal so that might give some protection.

I bought this TV from richers sounds for about the same money, it is really good, though the 200mhz takes some getting used to, everything appears to be like a documentary rather than nice, grainy film.3d is very good, especially on films like Avatar. Smart functions good, too. Would thouroughly recommend it at this price.
