Poor response times/motion handling so plenty of motion blur, Black smearing/ghosting (REALLY BAD), terrible menu system, poor colours, poor brightness.
Bad even for a VA panel. So bad some reviews say games are borderline unplayable on it (not great for something aimed at gamers).

If all you care about is contrast ratio and refresh rate, go for it.
Otherwise, spend some more money and get a monitor that you'll actually enjoy gaming on. (edited)

Would love to see some of those reviews... The vast majority of user reviews across multiple sites are incredibly positive, and most reviews of the G3 are referring to the older, 144hz flat screen equivalent - not this panel.

Someone else actually asked me to find them a good 24" 1080p gaming monitor for less than £150, so I spent a coupe of hours looking at every option I could find.
Do yourself a favour, spend a bit more and get this, far, far better than this Sammy -

I have just gone and bought this monitor off your recommendation. I hope it is worth it

All the comments put me on the right path of stick to 24” for a FHD. Am on 22inch not even 1080 and 60hz at the moment so I am pleased with my sub 100 pound upgrade (edited)

With perks at work there is an additional 6% back as well if you have that.

At least spend a little more on it and get it from Amazon -

If it IS as bad as I say, returning it is as easy as a couple of mouse clicks.

The 32” is only £181.49 ? Why is it cheaper?

Ordered, but is only available from 2 Dec onwards. I'm happy to wait, given the discounted price.

As for all the naysayers, I'm so impressed that they have been able view and rigorously test the screens of dozens of monitors in a couple of hours. Armchair shopping and scientific evaluation at its best.

Not really va smearing is a common fault of all va panels it's just how the technology works. it would be like saying a tn panel doesn't suffer from bad viewing angles, you can keep denying it but it doesn't make it true

This any good for a ps5

Ps5 and series x can play games at 4k and this will keep you at 1080p. It does have low input lag and high refresh rate which is great for shooters

Coming up as £103.55 for me? Clicked the link and took me straight to the page? Wondering how I get the correct discount off to make it £98.10 - any ideas welcome

I had to go first to the employee discount portal (perks at work for me) then went to monitors and sorted low to high

Been using this for a few weeks with warzone 2. Great monitor, I also tried the ufo test and the ghosting was very minimal. Monitor is very bright and clear. Thanks for all the comments. Hope you enjoyed it
