Don’t sacrifice space when buying a large screen TV. This slimfit set’s traditional CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) screen reduces light reflections to create a wide viewing angle, and its design fits comfortably in to surprisingly small spaces. It’s also HD ready, so with the addition of an HDTV tuner you’ll be able to enjoy ultra sharp quality High Definition programmes every time your digital service provider broadcasts them

Comes with a 5 year guarantee too...

Are M&S the same company as John Lewis now - their websites are almost exactly the same...?
I know the TV isn't quite as slim as some LCD TV's but at that price with the guarantee it's a bargain. Just a shame my gf can't get her usual 20% discount with her M&S discount card:thumbsup:
I quite like the price and look of the Slim samsung 21" TV @ £179. Anyone been able to find any reviews on it. The 5 year guarantee makes it a great price - that must be worth £50+ on its own. And its free delivery!
You can through quidco for an extra £13 off.
No reviews found Warren, but I found the product code may not be standard as other Samsungs go along with codes like CW 21 Z 403 so a 'Z' rather than a '7'.
I can see 29 Z 408's but no 21 Z 408's. A pretty fair price though as you say for a TV with a 5 year warranty, in 5 years time with analogue being switched off it won't really matter if it's still working
The Samsung website (not alone in this) seems embarassed to admit they make anything less than 32" widescreens.…asp has specs for a WS32Z408D and a WS32Z419D so no more info on the main TV in this thread either.
