Not 4k unfortunately
Same as the Sony Full HD 55" I purchased 3 years ago for £799, but to be honest for me for this money I would prefer a 50" 4K HDR set, so cold from me.

That's a good thing for most people. SD TV channels outnumber 4K ones, and Full HD TVs tend to be better at the former.
4K version selling for £419 on Amazon. Might aswell get that.

How dare you come in here talking sense. Everyone knows that 4k is the bestest innit. I can hear the sound of pitchforks being sharpened as I type...

That is 50" not 55"

you are right. Question is whether 5" extra screensize someone would prefer over 4K

£439 in the drain. 4k is the way to go. Old rubbish .

Make sure it's also 3D and Curved, they're newer than Full HD so they must be worth having too right?
Got this TV last week for £374 with ebay 20%. I have no 4k inputs, nor am I likely to. HD looks brilliant. Remote is class. Bluetooth too.

When I was in John Lewis they told me any 4k TV under £800 isn't worth having.

And I'm not spending £800.
