Good price 1 step down from oled I've read.
Pretty sure this can’t be ordered when you go to checkout, order doesn’t go through. (I believe it is out of stock but shows 1 available). Was posted few weeks ago

1 step down from QLED maybe. The previous year's model is superior to this one however, still a good price though.

OK thankyou
Yep sorry meant qled, it's strange when older models are often better!
Bought this from BT on Friday, was refunded today as they had no stock (it was showing 2 available then too)

It's bizarre. This year's one is even worse! I guess they are trying to push QLED as their premium range and have anything below that as the budget range.
I've been trying to buy this for the last 10 days , even let's you waste your time checking out , then it tells you item is out of stock, very frustrating, when you ask live chat they say the system is slow to update,,
Complete rubbish

So true! They seem to cut features on 2020 tv's not add them. Why would you buy them when the older cheaper tv is better.
Ok deal. For most who have access to perks.samsung.com, the 65" is less than £595 so better value + you don't have to deal with the order cancellers at BT Shop.40340138-399NV.jpg

i think thats to do with the currency not being worth what it was the year before

and therefore a year on manufacturers paying more costs to produce

inflation is clearly rising quickly

Yeah I checked the RTings review and it appears the new 8000 model is more similar to last years 7100 model rather than the RU8000 (which is what I have) Which is a shame as I was expecing this years 8000 series to support full 4K120 thanks to HDMI 2.1.

This is a great TV for gaming, with low latency and upto 120FPS support (though at 1440p) perfect for when the next gen consoles get released (hopefully.)
Is this the best TV I could get for around £500?
Got Disney+ and Apple+ now on this! Brilliant updates!

How do you get it for £500 plus?, the price on the website is £838

Yes, looks like it (if you really can get it for around £500).
