Seems to suggest they'll collect it. I assume that's at their cost.
Pretty sure distance selling means they’d need a minimum of a 14 day return policy.

Good price if you can afford it these are coming down
Hi guys, which would you recommend? This tv or Sony Bravia KD55XF8096 55-Inch Android 4K HDR Ultra HD TV ?
I orderd the Sony a few days ago from amazon. for £605 which has gone up to £699. So im thinking what is better?

It's 14 days minimum, even after that (up to 6 months) they must refund you if they fail to repair or replace in case of a problem. And even further, you have 1 or 2 years of warranty with the manufacturer in EU.

I wouldn't be so sure. Frustratingly there's often an "acceptable pixel defect" number with some manufacturers. As long as there's 'only' a few stuck or dead pixels they don't always have to replace it.

I've always bought panels from Amazon for this reason. I got a "discount to keep" last I bought a monitor with a stuck pixel.

If QA was done as it should be then really any panel with a defect shouldn't leave the factory or be marked a B stock.
