These are used like new - had a ssd hard drive from amazon like new, the hard drives are all sealed just outer box damage !

These SSDs don't come sealed. They are in the box which is sealed and that's it so if the box has its seal damaged I would definitely check the current status of the drive out.

I got one too - arrived today, haven't installed/checked the drive wear out. Got an external enclosure with 2x 4TB WD reds in for £150 in a similar deal a few years ago; they had 40 minutes up time, so hoping the SSD is good!
1 TB written on the £48 Crucial 240 - with 27 reallocated sectors. Running a few read/write tests to see if that's stable...
