Quick question for anybody in the know. I was looking at ssd deals on here yesterday and somebody said that the larger ssds have overheating problems? Is this true. Just I am wanting to get a 500gb ssd like this one and I dont know if this will overheight. Plus will this play on ryzen 5 integrated graphics? Thank you.

It's the M.2 NVMe drives that can have overheating issues when under prolonged loads. I have a Samsung 850 pro 500gb, running my OS and games, sits at 33°C all day long.
Hope that helps.

I presume you mean the R5 2400g, in which case check out the video below. A few variables matter (RAM amount and speed especially), but assuming 1080p you'll be able to run at tweaked low-medium settings just fine, and it looks sufficiently good IMO. Overclocking the GPU will help considerably (while overclocking the CPU is largely a waste on this particular CPU). Great little APUs they are.

I'm considering to buy this to upgrade my 120GB External SSD I currently use to run Windows 10 on my iMac.

I'm using a Sandisk 120GB inside a USAP-compatible enclosure. Speed is somewhat fine but I'm wondering if I used something like this, would I get even faster speeds?

I'm either considering to buy another 500GB internal SSD and stick it in the enclosure or to simply buy this. I'd be installing Windows 10 back onto the drive.
