Samsung SM933HD 18.5" LCD HD Ready Monitor TV

With its champagne bubble back pattern and stylish curves, the Samsung 933HD wide screen monitor offers a range of great features including a 16:9 aspect ratio, a built in DTV Tuner and invisible speakers.
The Samsung 933HD offers a dynamic contrast ratio of 10000:1 for truly dark blacks, glowing whites, and vibrant colours. The monitor adjusts the brightness and optimises the contrast between frames
Two HDMI sockets mean you can plug in a wide range of devices including Blu-ray players, games consoles, DVD players, cameras, camcorders and more, as well as computers that can output 1080p HD content.
You can enjoy your favourite photos on the 16:9 widescreen on the Samsung SM933HD, and if the original finish isn't enough for you, you can apply a range of fun filters including greyscale, green, aqua and sepia.
The Samsung SM933HD also offers a built-in Freeview tuner, so that you can watch TV directly without needing to have your PC switched on

Not sure why cold - looks alright to me - hamster heat added

Have this TV/Monitor. It's a great little box, superb picture and very sensitive tuner. We have a weak digital signal but this pulls all the channels in. Slight downside is audio but most sets without forward facing speakers are no better.

would this be good for my ps3? i dont watch tv ever so the freeview is not needed...would it be better for me to buy something else then?

Great deal.

If you're worried about sound quality, clearly you should already have standalone speakers.

18.5 inches for a 1360x768 (probably) monitor seems a bit too small. I have a 19 inch with the same resolution and it's acceptable... any smaller and it'd be too small.

If you're okay with that, yes, this is a great deal. Heat added.

Good TV I got one for the same price and posted it a few months ago, but tvs and monitors seem to have dopped in price quite abit, but this is still £99. Nevertheless still a good deal. The resolution is a bit low if you are deciding to use it as a pc monitor. But Has Freeview in, optical sound connector, DVI, 2 HDMI's, Component, Scart. So everything anyone needs realy

Nice and cheap as a bedroom or second TV and can double up as basic monitor.

The main thing is that it's under £100 and not a Tecnika!
