Samsung 960 Pro 512GB fast NVME SSD from Samsung.
Currently out of stock, but order can be placed and will be delivered when it becomes available. Credit card will only be charged when it becomes available.
I always had a good experience ordering OOS items from Amazon.

Good deal if you can wait couple of weeks.

Best price from Amazon, so far. The cheapest I can see elsewhere is £282.49 from CCL computers.

Nand is out of control right now
Wait till the prices drop - may be end of next year - or overpay now if you must.
I bought my 950 pro 512gb in March for just under 185 delivered

Or why not wait till the end of 2019 when it will be even cheaper. The PC master race wait for no price drop, it's tech now or tech never baby!

It's just parts you put together like Lego
Don't pretend it's something special
I've built pcs for decades now and it's not gotten any more complicated

Quite true. In fact it's pretty Mickey Mouse now compared to building PC's in the past without standardised connectivity.

From all accounts the prices are going up further the start of February from some trade sources comments. Its a shame as I was in the market for M2, but these prices are a bit much.

Post more deals from the three you've posted since joining in 2007 and the prices will drop, deals on anything btw,

Brexit.

Most big retailers 'hedged' against price increases from Brexit and this, allegedly, ends in February. I think hedged in this case means insured or some strange economics equivalent.

Brexit.

No it's not. Clearly. Look at the sterling drop in % terms against the $ and JPY & you'll see a gulf of a difference between loss of buying power of £ , compared to the % increase in price of nand

Whether they hedged by having forward contracts in place or not is moot. If they had, then why have the prices increased so drastically weeks ago? Hedging is done to smooth changing commodity prices. The hedging either failed (not possible as it is a lawful contract), or there is little hedging in place for nand.

Much more likely is good old supply/demand & manufacturers seing these times a great opportunity for raking it in. If the consumer just accepts the price due to "Brexit", then go ahead - get your pants down & get raped on price!

I ordered one a week ago for 330 on Amazon
I since after reading this cancelled the order and purchased two of these at this price to stick them on Raid 0.

I spent around this for my Samsung 950 256GB on the release. It's a good deal. You can't beat Samsung for ssds

If you don't need uber reliability and performance take a look at the 850 EVO as you'll get 1TB at this price.

not sure why this is so cold, from the comments people seem to believe the £ will bounce back but article 50 is triggered in march so prepare to get worse before better.
though is there much chance of amazon fulfilling this?
They will be selling them at a loss for sure at this price.

I believe that the order will be honoured. The price is good, but not crazy. I had few good deals on OOS items from Amazon in the last few years.

I am waiting too. But on the positive side, the order was not cancelled. To be honest, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround. But still will be happy if it will work out.

Just got an order update:

"Arriving 2 Feb - 6 Feb
Not yet dispatched"

Sounds promissing :-)
