Ahhh nice price, sadly I don't have a business account otherwise I would of jumped at this as im in the market for my 27"er iMac.

only for business prime accounts. standard business account, which I have, is free
Nice price, but not available for majority of us
Unfortunately I don't have the business account although at pretty much the same price you can have the Sabrent 1tb nvme which has speeds of 3400/3000 mb/s

I have the Sabrent rocket 1tb and it is a great SSD, but the latest version has been nerfed, and it is 20 quid more expensive.

I am waiting for it to drop to the usual black Friday sale price then I'm grabbing one.
Wowsers, great price!
Just a heads up, apparently, it takes "up to 72 hours" to verify a business account, if you are considering registering for this.

If you got the pcie 4.0 I think you should be OK. Its the 3.0 version that sabrent changed.

If I remember correctly they changed the controller front the e12 phison to the e12s, which I think also had reduced cache size. Not sure how that shows in performance, as I didn't look that close into it.

Just a shame to see a bait and switch after releasing such a good product, to then change the spec after gaining a good rep.

I remember paying almost £110 for my 60gb OCZ vertex back in 2009! Yesterday I paid 22 quid for a 120gb m.2 drive for my new nas build.

Yes, up to 72 hrs. But yesterday it only took 30 - 40min
I can see a lot of new 'businesses' starting up today, well I suppose they'll be re-selling on ebay for £180 so it's a kind of business... gotta love scalpers.

I paid £200 each for 2x OCZ Vertex 60GB SSDs to use in raid 0 about 12 years ago! They were quick but reliability was dreadful

I bet you also realize now that Raid 0 on SSDs doesn't really translate to faster day to day speeds. You may get faster transfer speeds, but you'll be slowing down your random read/write speeds considerably.
