Any caveats?? I have a dooge droid phone I bought years ago as a backup that could do with an upgrade
As long as screen is intact and it works I don't see any issue with trade in.
Bought this exact deal yesterday....I did it through the Samsung chat and I was then cheeky and asked the advisor if I did it through them is there an extra discount code .....they said at the end of the chat whilst doing the order I give them my order number and they then at the end gave me a £30 gift code voucher for the online samsung store.....what a bargain!!!!! Customer service through it was amazing!!!

You've only got seven days to trade in.
Wow this does look like a superb deal! Excellent spot!
I may go for this if I don't find something in the Black friday offers...

How did you contact chat ? I’ve tried a couple of times tonight, was tying to get them to match the employee discount, however when going through the employee portal the trade in offer disappears :(. The chat people I spoke to said they couldn’t give codes

If anyone purchased this before they started the promotion where they are giving UFlex a series headphones in addition to the earbuds, get onto live chat or call them and they will offer you a voucher towards akg wireless headphones, but the voucher can be used on anything on the website.
