posted a few times over the past month or so but they must be wanting rid because it gets cheaper each time!
Seen this lots of times posted over the last month. Apart from two titles all the other titles are terrible. Still HEAT THO!:)
Doesn't have WIFI connectivity, only Ethernet.
the blu-ray player on its' own gets average reviews from what i've seen
Has anyone ordered from this company? What’s delivery like? I realise I won’t get it in time for Xmas now.

Great price, £79.99 on Amazon
Showbox
Got this last week on a deal for 67 or 68 from am eBay deal. I thought that was good especially since it's a Xmas present for the folks. This is brilliant thou won't turn up in time for Xmas day.
Any of these in 3d?
Been in two minds about this deal for weeks, but gone for it today and at the best price so far
My old player has just started having issues with USB playback, so seems like fate. and it being a 3D player is also a nice bonus. Thanks for the deal

Cheers OP, ordered as a late Christmas present. Hopefully will arrive next week and not in January!

Was going to get a Blu ray player with 4k upscaling, but I think the TV can handle that anyway, and the Panasonic DMP-BDT180EB I looked at which offers this above the Samsung has reviews on Amazon stating overheating issues etc. which put me off.

This seems like a decent budget blu ray player that'll upscale DVDs to 1080p which is probably good enough.

I looked at this around a week ago and it'd jumped back up to around £80 I think. Did it only just drop in price again? Shame I missed today's delivery.

With Christmas falling on a Monday you can't even depend on Amazon Prime next day for some last minute Christmas orders.
Impulsive buy! Heat!
Been posted before.
Negative. No 4k UHD . Buy Xbox one S or Panasonic 4k blue ray player instead. Old blue ray available for £1 in Poundland or Cex. Very old model.

Heat but do people still buy Blu Ray's, DVDs etc? I would have thought streaming on demand was the only way to go? Obviously im in the minority

Streaming still has a long way to go until you get the same quality you get on a proper physical blu-ray disc. And don`t even get me started on streamed 4K content....

Unfortunately I think Blu Ray has had its day like most optical media cd’s and dvds If it’s digital you may as well stream from Netflix etc.

Not everyone has a 4K TV and it’s Blu-Ray* also Xbox sucks and doesn’t even support HDMI-CEC and Panasonic doesn’t support a lot of Video Codecs used for USB playback. This is cheap and people have different needs and reasons for purchasing whatever they want.

Well, you`re obviously entitled to your opinion/preference, but there`s a reason why, for instance, some people still buy music in the vinyl format. As it is, with current broadband limitations (just to name one of the problems) streaming can`t match the quality you get on physical formats. I can give you a quick example. Only very recently, a couple (not all) streaming services started including Dolby Atmos soundtracks on their films. Dolby Atmos has been around and on blu-rays for at least two years now...

Appreciate what your saying and is the reason I buy all my music on vinyl. Defo agree that physical will always be better quality wise but most people these days watch a movie or documentary once and that’s it.
Arrived this morning. Most of the Blu-Rays have Digital download too, so that's a bonus.

Got mine this morning too,
Checked a couple of the films that came with it, and a 3D one I already had, and all looking ok, so am well pleased with it.
