Was going to do the "its not Digital" but noticed on the last line it is :-)

Good price - heat added

I think there was one of these on recently for £60 but with a 250gig Hard drive so not overly confident this will do too well in the heat dept. That said £50 is good for a DVD recorder. but the Samsungs seem to be very unpopular with people saying they are horrible to use... When they work!?!

Do some homework on AVF 1st. Might be a bargain missed if it's not as bad as some say!

This is £19.97 in PC World. Instore, clearance.

I didn't post it as a deal though as there's unlikely to be stock most places and I'm getting a bit fed up of wild goose chases, didn't want to start one myself.

They had a Logik DVD recorder which had an 80GB hard drive in it for £24.97 too. I spent too long deliberating between the two models and ended up not bothering with either. I don't really need one, the bargain almost had me though :-D

which pc world store was that?

Banned

just bought one of these . Heat added ,

P.S No store sells this cheaper than here ... NO STORE They retail £160 on amazon and £150 on play ... so i say grab a bargain while its here ... It will be at my house thursday . I will type up a review on the pros and cons ( Hopefully no cons and will rate /10 .... By what it looks like and spec wise it will be an outstanding machine to own . I bought this to record games and watch 1080p Movies ,,, £49.98 Where in this world can you get a top brand dvd recorder ??? If you have any luck finding one be sure to let me know xD

I think you are a little confused. This DVD recorder is SD and will not allow recording or playback of Hi Definition footage. It doesn't have HDMI output just a component output, so you will need the right connection on your TV for it to upscale anyway.

Says in OP that it does... That makes two of us that are confused.

Unless it's just one... You! Heheh!!
