Found 17th Feb
Was looking for a washer dryer for a new house and came across this.

With voucher code 40OFF499 the price comes to £519. It seemed to have tracked on Topcaskback too so so getting back around £14.

Seems a good deal to me for a 5 year warranty as well. If anyone has any better offers please let me know as it's not due to be delivered until Wed and I still have 30 days free returns

How are you getting along with your new washer dryer?

Sorry only just seeing your message...I think it's a really great machine...I am not sure why it was voted cold-lol!
If I was to buy a seperate washing machine of quality...it would cost a minimum of £360 for a Bosch with only a two year guarantee and then you have to buy a seperate washer too...
For a space saver and overall value with a 5 year warranty this is fantastic I think....but each to their own lol
I didnt hear back and got confused with the JohnLewis deal Hoover 250 something quid and forgot about this but just tried it with your code 40OFF499 but its expired and priced 769 quid. Oww.
Where did you find your codes?
Because I sat on the fence, still no washer dryer with the direct drive drum and 5 year warranty.

They seem to be doing the same one actually here for £499 although not seen delivery price and I don't know the company myself at all...but yes on AO.com it's gone crazy...I am glad I brought when I did lol

I used this site to find it although pricespy had the £499 deal above:

price4.co.uk/sam…spx
Am looking at your link and for fitting etc and gone to general Washer Dryer section... so many Samsungs too.
If there is a fault, its appliancecity that looks at it not Samsung but will read more at opportune time.
Thanks v much for headsup.

I was under the impression the guarantee was directly from Samsung...I signed up with them online aswell and reviews I've seen have said you contact them to come out and look at it if it goes wrong...
I read this bit from:
appliancecity.co.uk/customercare.html

(Update I noticed your comment you contact Samsung for repairs and follow their protocol and not company I buy from and had a look at Samsung extended warranty terms and conditions and noticed if I sell it on, the extended warranty does not transfer but otherwise, as expected and does not include my own misuse of product. Thanks)
In the event of your appliance developing a fault during the warranty period we can arrange for an engineer to visit your property to repair the item free of charge within the manufacturer's warranty guidelines. If a fault occurs we recommend that you first consult your appliance instructions which will help you to determine the nature of the problem through the fault diagnosis list. Most manufacturers will charge for a callout where no fault is found or where the product has not been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. If you need to speak with a member of our customer service team please call 0115 9651937 during business hours or send an e-mail to customercare@appliancecity.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I went on pricespy looking at Samsung washer dryer and found a few and also the one you bought.
There are a few and trying to compare the other Samsungs to this deal and I cant tell the difference.
Am about to give up and go for same unit plus topcashback of 2.3% but double-checking installation costs.

Hi asif..., made purchase as you suggested. Free delivery as was not asked to use complex delivery and no installstion option visible.
Thank you for a great first post.
Will check if its a nfc enabled washer dryer as have no clue what I bought.
Installation not included and unavailable for extra. AO has it for 25 quid.
Should I reconsider?

No it's very easy to set up yourself to be honest...I did it and I am no expert...
If you want the comfort thought that's not extortionate...
Bought this from Appliance City last month. Awesome washer dryer!
