Sure, Interested as per your experience, please share.
Well I've been using the Samsung bar plus. Slightly more expensive then your one and that records my TV perfectly and doesn't get very hot, this one (if you will read my original post. I put I don't think this is that good of a deal. Followed by a question. Because I don't think it would suit my needs for what I want it for. Because alot of reviews state it overheats but not many reviews mention about using it in a smart tv. I am actually interested because it is cheaper then the ones I buy, but if it doesnt do the same jobs as the one I'm using then it is not that good of a deal. That's why I asked is this suitable for pvr recording
Its OK for low speed sustained writes from a PVR, but it will frustrate you for laptop work, check amazon reviews and screenshots
Write speed? Does anyone own one and know? <300MB/s leaves plenty to the imagination. If they don't specify, I don't trust that it's anywhere near the read speed........so 1kB/s maybe?

Go check the speed screenshots on amazon, only 35/mb writes

For speed and size go for SanDisk Ultra Fit mark one (metal) model.

Thanks for the recommendation. 35MB/s doesn't strike me as bad actually - plenty worse, although it'd hardly USB3 'speed', more USB3 'compatible' Still 88% slower than read speed though.
