Just found and ordered this from eGlobal who I have personally used before with out issue.
It has a bigger screen (super AMOLED) and battery than the A20e, dual cameras, Android 9, USB C.

4 mobiles + 2 iPads = 0 issues. Coincidence or luck?!
EGlobal Central. You might as well throw your money at a random person and see if they bother to give you something in return.

You might find we have more experinces in common, if you werent BSing
Exactly - John Lewis are shïte online as per trust pilot. eGlobal trounces them in the review stakes.

Pay with credit card and you invite virtually no risk at all.
Bought Airpods from eGlobal 2 weeks ago. Not delivered until this moment, i sent them emails they dont respond. Trying to get hold of their delivery company (Hermes) but got no where.

I guess I have to escalate it to Paypal to get my money back. AVOID eGlobal
Do not use this company. Lost our items in transit and will not refund
I had this issue I had to open paypal case for my money back

Seems that some of our peep in this thread are having eglobal issues. I guess thats because of people like you want to debate for the sake of debating regardless of truth.

Been ordering high price items from them for over a year now, every one turns up within a week, I also use PayPal Credit for a full 6 years Section 75 protection. apparently you have one item that doesn't turn up and write them off as a scam, a UK company never loses a parcel does it?

I have in fact got a parcel coming this week a pair of ASTRO Gaming A40 TR Wired PC Headset + MixAmp Pro & a Moto G7 Power for £230.00

Just thought I'd update this post to say that the phone arrived safely with no dramas along with case, UK adaptor and screen protector, all working as expected, so I'm well pleased. :-)
As I said in the initial post, I have used them before also without issue.
