This is the dual sim dual active 4G/LTE model as well Looking about for a working tier discount code, that might work with this thread, like my S10+ deal ones, so if found, will add one!

Obviously it won't be as fast as a snapdragon 8 series but does it feel fast when gaming etc?

Unfortunately mobile gaming isn't my thing, I'd probably recommend you check out benchmarks and/or other user replies for that kind of thing.

Sorry I couldn't be more help!
I've read lots of complaints about the fingerprint reader being inaccurate and very slow on this, puts me off rather.

No problem. I'm not a massive gamer myself like to cover all bases with a purchase. Like you said I'll check out some benchmarks and YouTube vids later. Thanks anyway

That was my issue with it, but apparently there's a special trick to getting it to work better.

It's not s good as "dedicated" fingerprint readers but isn't not awful.

Facial recognition is particularly good, second only to the Poco F1 I owned previously. (No NFC)
What is the camera like compared to any of the s10 variants? They must be cutting the corners somewhere

Some are saying it's fixed, like in this video. Then if you read the comments people are saying it's still bad. Not sure what the situation really is.

Update helped, I roll my thumb on it, it's not as sharp as my rear finger print on the note 4, but it's fine, its quick enough when paying and using the nfc. Which is great, didn't think it would that useful, I have linked it to starling card, and hear the notification stab, almost instantly. Face recognition is as good as others say.

Yes it is David, for anyone "sort" of unsure if they are fast, it really flies and the 6GB super ram in it, not the cheap junk, helps it act as smooth as Peanut Butter Jelly!

Even at 2 & a half, I thought as its the dual active sim and best colour, this would be hotter than mars, with the code, there is nothing on the market to touch it as far as £239 to Specs goes, weird!

I think people have getten this in the UK doing the trade in cashback route so that probably tells you why!

Most people aren't techie enough to appreciate the Dual active sim.

Very true, just went through all my Google sheets, to see if there was anything better, in case I was talking but nope, nothing comes near it!

At this price, this is the phone to have in this price bracket currently, I had it, and was hugely impressed.

It is not quite fair to compare with the top of the range ones, is it?

Then again, it is not too bad.

Took this last weekend.

Not sure where you have been since 2018 Mike, so...

Yes, loads of hukd buyers have purchased from eGlobal and are very happy, there are 2 massive threads chock full of S10+ SD855 buyers, who got their smartphones at a massive saving to RipOffBritain prices, all you need to do, is pay with a credit card, so you are protected under section 75, if it all goes wrong, you get 100% of your money back.. 100% of the time!

Never had an issue with them and for whatever weird reason, this model is dirt cheap and is still the best spec out there for the money at the moment!

Samsung were running a promotion, on their web store for this and the A50, cashback and trade in any old android phone, equivalent to £160 off the rrp, got mine for around £200, good phone. I like the Samsung ui. I got this for media playback on my travels, super screen, just watched a hd episode of grand tour, the one about the Chinese, very funny, and a couple of line of duty's while waiting for a relative undergoing an operation, easily viewable for two, great battery life.
