Nice price drop, and lowest uts ever been from a uk based supplier, that selfie camera is just crazy imo.

  • 4K video capture at 30 fps
  • 480 fps slow motion video capture at 720p
  • Support for HDR photos
  • LED camera flash
  • Gorilla Glass 3 front glass protection
  • Gorilla Glass 6 back glass protection
  • Active noise-canceling microphone for clearer phone calls
  • Dolby Atmos sound
  • Quick Measure uses augmented reality and the built-in camera sensors to accurately measure spaces and objects
  • 3700mAh LiPo battery with 25W super-fast charging
  • Super Steady helps to smooth out the jitter in your videos

The Galaxy A80 A805 Dual-SIM 128GB Smartphone from Samsung features a huge 6.7" Super AMOLED Infinity Display that does away with the notch. That's right, this display is seamless and smooth, with nothing to interrupt your immersion into your favorite game or video. The engineers at Samsung pulled off this feat with a sliding and rotating main camera that transforms into a selfie cam with a tap.

Comes with 1 year seller warranty, I'd assume this is a non EU version.

They not transparent?

Not the 400 I've seen, casper is my next door neighbour
How is this phone capable of Atmos support which requires surround sound That's five speakers plus two upward facing speakers ? Seems a little difficult to cram in a phone
Ps The rotating camera is quite good, for selfies it just pops up above the screen and flipps over, so it doesn't interfere with the screen display size

Thanks, I've been there too it still doesn't seem to make a lot of sense unless there's a surround sound plus atmos output somewhere. for the rear and the upward facing channels, otherwise it might as well go straight through, it is just encoded within a normal stereo signal anyway.
Ps I'll give them ghost white, I hadn't realised it isn't white is is a slightly silverey white. Now if they did rose gold....

Software codec, it does enhance sound quality substantially, as you quickly notice if you toggle it off. I suspect program just tries to simulate spatial sound on your headphones. Explained here:

Thanks it sounds like binural sound (that is mentioned) which was developed a very long time ago and only really works with headphones. A dummy head was used and the microphones were placed in the ear positions on the head. This gave amazing results if you've every heard it on heaphones. Burt of course didn't work with stereo speakers which were in front of you. Everything since then has been a cludge IMO becuse it had to be contained within two stereo signals. Thanks for the update
