sorted byUnfortunately, we had to cancel the order for Samsung laptop due a pricing error.
Our listing staff confused the model / price with a very similar Samsung model and dropped this one’s price while not switching the voucher off by mistake.
Therefore, as soon as we realized, we have cancelled the order and reversed the transaction. (edited)

Where else are you seeing this for £499? It's £1313 from Barcode Warehouse. £1209 from Balicom. £1463 from More Coco. 1370 from Quzo. £1869 from digitaloutlet.
Only place it's around the £500 mark from is Laptop Outlet themselves - directly or via Amazon as a third party seller, or on eBay. (edited)

I think Laptop Outlet are assuming it has the 1 year warranty which is attached to the consumer-designed laptop ranges rather than the business ones which have a different warranty. (edited)
