The same reason imo with most samsung phones now, the screen quality (superamoled) and design of phone.
But i do believe the weak processor will make it a pain to use with everyday tasks.
Last couple of PAYG phones like this I've bought at Argos, I either wasn't made to buy the top up, or last time, the girl asked if I wanted the top-up, which I declined and it was voided off the receipt.

That was reserving online, then paying at the till - not the self serve machines.

Might be hit and miss, but worth asking if you dont really need the top up.

Brilliant battery life for this handset but the integral memory is small.

I'm not sure they will release the Android M upgrade for this handset.

My lad wants one of these for xmas, can i use a free online unlocking tool on this and then put his giffgaff sim in it ? And can anyone recommend a working unlocking tool ?
