Clearly NEW.
Used is listed under buy used stock and listed at £594
It's new guys not used. Used is at the bottom and that is £594.
Would have gone for this, but think I need something 5G ready as unlikely to change for a few years. Heat added though.

+1, I was reading yesterday that the mobile phone market has been hit due to the coronavirus outbreak and (hopefully, fingers crossed) the phone companies might slash prices to cover lost revenue.

Thanks for the heads up.
Really wanted the S20+ but can't see the price dropping on that so soon.
Though I'm sure it's the same for all non-essential items at this time.
Was considering this for my wife, but just spotted there isn't a micro-sd card slot on Note 10.
Have been waiting for a deal for the last month or so on an S10, but so far all are used/refurbs.

I have the note 10 plus and can confirm in the UK it is dual sim or hybrid. Only the 5g version is single sim

Yep the note 10 plus is dual but the note 10 (smaller one) doesn’t, and this deal is for the smaller version

I bought a Note 10 from Currys PC World, it stated under their specification that it was "Single SIM", but upon opening the phone. Turns out Note 10 supports Dual Sim, just cannot add microSD card. But you can have 2 sim cards on the Note 10.
You need to update your title to state that the phone is "Used Stock"...most people clicking on your deal will think it's brand new.

Also, I feel that BT are misleading people by stating that the Samsung cashback will be claimable. As it's "Used Stock" I believe Samsung would reject the claim.

Fair enough. Wasn’t aware of that.
If you load the page the price is £649 reduced from £869. If you continue down the page says “buy used stock”. Click on that and it shows the £594 price.

Hope this helps
Is this 5g
I got bought this last week, BT Shop for £624 using code: SAVE25MARCH

I can confirm it was brand new, boxed and sealed.

I put in a claim for £100 cashback from Samsung, verified just waiting to be paid.

Quidco tracking £6.24 cashback.

Top price - I'm a OnePlus user, OnePlus 8 still not out so only switching to Samsung because of the price.

It is not 5G, but when I can top 123 Mbps with Vodafone on a non 5G phone, am I really missing out by not having 5G? I do not think so.

Fantastic phone great price love mine.I have the 5g 512gb version .Camera is brilliant screen is superb but battery isn't that great but this is a great price.
Quick reminder there is a lot of difference between the note 10 and the 2 models above. Note 10 is dual SIM with no micro SD slot and 256gb. It only has a 1080p screen and 3 cameras (doesn't have the 3d sensor like the + and 5g).

I have the note 10 and it is a great phone was just surprised when I found out about the screen.
Anyone know whether these need screen protectors or not. The last Samsung I had was the S8 and it scratched up after one day in my pocket. My Xiaomi phones since then have not needed any protection.

It comes with Samsung's screen protector which you can leave on.
Worth 450 at a push

Nah, they're just too full of themselves in their own little world. I spoke with EE the other day and they quoted me £69 for S20 or Note 10 with 4 or 10 gb of data. Told him that's mental. Mentioned some Carphone warehouse price and his computer "suddenly" unlocked some offers for him... Absolutely hate talking to these patrionising clowns.

The pre applied screen protector offers basically zero protection and gets scratched very badly and makes it look like your viewing your beautiful screen through a old window, it does work with the fingerprint scanner though

That is incorrect, I bought the Note10 recently, it is Dual SIM.
IS the battery drain on mobile data still an issue on these like it is on the S10 series?
