Live in a small town and I barely get 4g often dropping to 3G .. 5G is just a fantasy like flying cars and same day doctors appointments .

Very nice price. Good find Switchy
I think we should expect support/warranty with grey imports, problem is we've got used to giving them up when buying from China

Let's hope we demand more from now on, Wonda offers more than others

No dual sim

Nope! I don't believe any 5g phones do?
Anyone know if Samsung will accept this as a trade in when the next big device comes out? S11/Note 11 etc. Sure i read somewhere they only accept UK/EU models.
You wont notice the difference between 4G & 5G until people start dropping dead
check google for signal issues with the note 10. Just sent mine back as side by side, same network, with other phones it was terrible. A real shame as the rest of the phone was ideal. I couldn't justify paying that amount of money for what looks like its a widespread issue.

I haven't noticed any issues, did you buy one of these grey versions?

No, Uk stock. Noticed signal low as soon as I turned it on so compared side by side with two other phones and it was 2 bars lower. Tried speed test on 4g and it was considerably lower than two other phones. Its at that point I googled the issue and it appears very common, here and in the USA. I love the Note series and have had many models, but after this I decided it was best to return and continue with the mate 20 pro for now.

Really interesting. I havent realised speed's, as I mostly use WiFi, but I may start to have a play...

I was stuck for a long time between Note 10+ and OnePlus 7T Pro (12GB if I could find it).

Went for the Note because it was more future proof, being 5G and a few other small marginal wins like battery etc.

So far, I'm blown away - but I have come from an S8+

Here's hoping yours is fine. Just pop your sim into another phone and do multiple speed tests on 4g to compare, I wanted so much to find an excuse to keep it but had to do the right thing and return it as, lets face it, signal is so important.

Huawei mate 20 X 5G is dual SIM mate. Apart from that I think every other 5G phone is single SIM only which is a shame

No worries. I'm keeping my eye on this waiting for it to drop down in price. It was £999 when it launched but I've seen it at about £799 recently so hoping it'll be down to a sensible price soon

Well Samsung's only drop in price, so I'd say its pretty realistic it'll drop even further soon

I'll only get 5G Data at work, so I'm not jumping to get a 5G contract just yet...

I tried both of my Samsung Note 4's as trade ins when the Note 9 deals were on at the Samsung shops. They would not accept either of them as they were not UK spec phones.
I bought a refurb Note 9 and sold the Note 4 on Ebay.

Ah that's a shame but kind of expected. Thanks for the confirmation regardless!
