Great price
Tenner extra for a pristine graded phone from them.
Ive seen brand new note 10 plus for under 700 on ebay. And they come from good reputable sellers too. Id just wait for black friday. Last year we saw the note 9 drop to 888 with 100 gb data and 24 month spotify. Doubt we would get something as amazing as that but there will definitely be something.
I bought a brand new snapdragon version Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus 3 weeks ago from Ebay for 650, great phone, love it, but today I notice my battery from 20% it drain rapidly, I mean really fast, from 7% when i turn of the device and restart it, its completely flat and that's not normal.
fully charged to 20% its absolutely fine. now I'm bit worried, I told the seller the situation, she saying that's normal because I gave a screen shot of my battery usage and the screen time is 7hrs but what about the last 20%. I dont know if it's the battery defective or software related issues. I will contact them again for replacement or full refund.
seller called trendy1. good feedback though and very fast delivery, got it within a week.
I guess that's the downside of buying grey import, no warranty in uk

Looking at the same seller.

Its worth doing a full reset and seeing if the issue continues, could just be a rogue app that is hogging the memory or CPU which is drawing the battery.

Yeah, you save £200 odd quid. If the issue persists you may have an option to claim on an insurance policy.

I will do a reset but I dont get is why is it from 100% to 20% is absolutely fine but the last 20% it just drain so rapidly, I probably would have got 9-10hrs screen time if that last 20% wasn't messed up. I'm going to do a factory reset but I'm waiting for the seller response first

My current phone does something similar (not a Samsung) and I think it started after upgrading to Android 8. Phone is very sluggish and does go flat quite quickly if in full use.

I know but im a sucker for contracts. People say they are horrible but they are really not. Like a couple of months back i got s10 for basically 320. Now i did a bit of calculation. A deal with lots of data and stuff would cost 15 or even 20 a month. Added on to the phone cost over 24 months and thats between 680 pounds and 800. And thats basically like all the s10 deals we are already getting anyway! So upfront phone buying would be a no from me unless im selling it haha

it turns out the battery is defective, I asked ebay for my full money back, seller is not responding, ebay gave the seller to response till 8th dec, if not ebay got me covered, that's what they said, hopefully I will get my money back and I'm in search for a another snapdragon version of note 10plus
