Oh really. So kind of like eglobal but cheaper? Also what other problems are there? Im actually really thinking about getting this. Thank you!
Comes without UK plug, actually no plug at all.Boxed been opened at some time. I would avoid buying this. Cheap for a reason.
Sounds too good to be true!
Thanks, bought one. Used this seller before and other than useless packaging was actually pretty good. If there is some discrepancy it'll be returned anyway. Also, he issues VAT invoices so I'll be reclaiming that as a business purchase too - most mobile sellers don't do this.

cheap? seems standard price to me
Just be aware that despite the "100%" feedback that many people with neutral / negative feedback have said that they thought they were ordering UK model phones and received a handset from various parts of the world. I took the plunge anyway, thinking i was ordering a UK model phone as per the description and was sent a US Samsung Galaxy S9 that will not work with my UK sim. Others have had a similar experience. If the SIM had worked I probably would not have minded too much that it was not a UK model, though I think that the description should have stated that and given me the option of continuing to buy or not.

Delivery is fast, but it is a lottery as to what you get and if it will work in the UK. I sent the company a message at midday and i am hoping that i get a reply by tomorrow with confirmation that they will give me a refund. Then i have to try to find a S9 that works for an Xmas present.
Single sim unfortunately, anyone finds dual sim

Some have received phones from other parts of the world, (including Europe) and they work fine with UK sims. It would just be nice to be told in the listing that you can expect a phone from anywhere in the world and not a UK version.

Some buyers have also said that they have had quick refunds when they have complained, (fingers crossed in my case) .

You want exynos? I thought snapdragon is better.

Was really looking forward to getting the snapdragon version myself but found out that samsung don't offer credit on the snapdragon versions if exchanging for a new phone.

Snapdragon is so much better than the Exynos it’s embarrassing!

I’ll report back when mine arrives. I ordered two as Dad wanted one. I was after the 5G version but this is such a good price I couldn’t turn it down. I’ve bought plenty of Wi-Fi iPads from this seller before and have been happy with them.

The iPads always did and just had the UK clip-on bit to convert to UK. They say it’s boxed and seal may be open - that’s fine for what I want. It’s not ‘just a phone’.

I understand. I have a dual SIM Note 9 and S9 now but I use the hybrid slot for a memory card so I doubt I’ll miss the second SIM.

I’m hoping as it’s boxed like new I’ll get the USB C headphone adapter.

It’s a very good price, especially if you can reclaim the VAT.
I advise to stay away from this seller. Had bad experience twice. Both ordered phone came in opened box, charger american type for one, EU plug for another and USB C cable missing. Phone had 61 charge cycles on it, so not brand new at all. Complained, so seller promised refund, waited 10 days and only after opening case with eBay money were refunded. Had to pay for return, which after 2 weeks fight was refunded.
Another phone developed fault after some 4-5 months, Samsung refused repair as was non EU market phone. And too late for claim on eBay. Paid £119 to fix it. No more orders from this seller. Fake savings.
''1 Year manufacture warranty. For any issues after 30 days please contact the manufacture directly'

Samsung uk are not going to touch this with a barge pole
I ordered a phone from them, it arrived today. It is a genuine Samsung Note10 Plus, model SM-N975U1 which is a US model. The accessories, box and packaging are definitely not real though which is why I thought it was fake initially. I am not really sure what to do now. The phone is in good condition but not convinced it's brand new as something just seems 'off' with this.

It does have the Snapdragon 855 chipset though.

How did you check the charge cycles? I will do this on mine.

What's your model number? The box was a total giveaway for being fake so I though the handset might be too as it has a dodgy screen protector applied as well, I suspect these are refurbished not new. What are you going to do?

I believe its SM-N971N and the box mentioned Korean sim or something. Have the same dodgy protector too. Returning mine as there are plenty of better deals on the note today on HUKD

Oh right, I got the Plus so I guess that's why it's different. I need to check the battery cycles really as that will answer a lot but I feel a bit uncomfortable, especially as I've messaging them 4 times since purchase about a VAT receipt and not had an answer..

Whoops I meant the N975N. It was the plus, bought from the link above. To be honest if it was the Snapdragon variant I'd have been more inclined to keep it.

Have you checked it isn’t? CPU-Z can do it. Out of interest what colour did you buy?

Yep, but packaging was damaged which they mentioned in description.
Took a punt on this, as was eyeing up the 5G direct from Samsung and it is £1100!

Today, I received the 256GB Aura Glow American (Unlocked) 5G version, model SM-N975U1 with Snapdragon CPU.

Just tried my BT Mobile sim and it works perfectly.

I must say, I'm well chuffed for that price. Box had clearly been opened before, and the accessories were lose in the box, but all looked brand new. Only downside, is I got the American charger, but for £600, I'm delighted. Boxed again now and ready for Christmas!

Are you sure the SM-N975U1 is 5G? 5G models are SM-N976, e.g the US 5G model is SM-N976V.
