Sadly the sheep just see the glossy websites and do not understand the pitfalls that go along with the seemingly great prices .

Whenever buying a Samsung online PLEASE remember to ask if it's a UK/EU model as it will affect your warranty. If they don't know, ask a Samsung store to confirm using the serial number!

No point as it doesn't come with an EU Samsung warranty

I have and good luck buying from them

theses are not uk suppliers but based in Hong Kong.. . Please also be aware that the standard uk/eu protection for shopping does not apply with eglobal. Please be aware of this if you choose to buy from them.

Personally i'd avoid...

Shut up already about the warranty. If i buy a product i expect it to work

Also, to the best of my knowledge, this dual sim version is only available from abroad so more reasons to stop talking about the UK warranty

The dual sim model is available in the UK although only direct from Samsung, there have been cheap deals from Amazon Italy on the dual sim model. The UK networks don't sell the dual sim model unsurprisingly.

Have you had a bad experience with eGlobal?

I got a Note 4 from Eglobal, I got a Nikon 5500D as well as multiple lenses from Eglobal. I got an S7 Edge from Eglobal and now I have just ordered this. Not one bad experience. Delivered swiftly and no issues with no import taxes. Friends have also used it. The people who whine about Eglobal are clearly the people who always drive at the speed limit. They go for a holiday to Centre Parks and eat value brand Muesli for breakfast. Dull.

Well said. You sound like a sugar puffs type of guy.

I got the Mi Mix from Gearbest, chose the free postage options, took a few weeks to arrive but didn't get charged for anything and it's a great phone.
